Die Height Indicator

This series of presses from 25 to 260 Tons are all equipped with an easy-to-use motorized slide adjuster, and the slide depth is locked by a unique pneumatic mechanism. Easily and quickly adjust accurate die height by pushing up and down buttons on the operation stand. Die height is indicated digitally in 0.01mm increments for CSP-25~60, and in 0.1mm increments for CSP-80~260.

This accurately and easily match up precision dies for semi or whole-cutting products like stickers, rubber foam, Myler, PVC, EMI, etc.

Wet Type Clutch Brake

Use oiled wet type brake pad: Quick brake, wear resistance and long lifetime. Suitable for clean room, zero pollution, low noise and environment protection.(Compound clutch brake could be the other choice for customers.)
